2 to 3 spoons in a day, taken with a glass of water. can be mixed in veggies, subjies and curries -


For better control of sugar: Take this drink before start of every meal i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner. One month regular consumption is required to get favourable results. Do not forget to check blood sugar levels at regular intervals. Consult doctor for adjustment of the diabetes drug dose.

For weight management: Take this drink at least 10 minutes before start of every meal i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner. One feels fullness in the stomach and tend to consume less. For fast results consume drink  prepared from 2 spoons at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Regular consumption for 3 months in initial period is recommended as 2 spoons/meal dose. After achieving stability 1 spoon/meal is recommended.

For reduction in cholesterol levels: Take drink from 2 spoons after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Regular consumption for 3 months in initial period is recommended as 2 spoons/meal dose. After achieving stability 1 spoon/meal is recommended. The meals should have less OIL or FAT.
