Blood Sugar Before yoga: 183 fasting; 266 Post Lunch

2 months later: 91 fasting; 119 Post Lunch

I had no major illness; not even BP. Just a little pain in the knees and body parts, tiredness, heavyness, and a feeling that I won't be able to do anything made me realize I am getting old.

I joined Yoga class.

In 2 months I lost 5 kgs., felt lighter and cheerful; No more kneepain ! I can climb 3/4 floors easily. Blood sugar has improved and I am sleeping well.

Everyone should learn yoga under guidance and practice regularly. Its a key to Healthy and Energetic life!
