Ishwara PraNidhanameans to surrender, to be open. Our mind is generally turned in the direction of its interest. It could be prejudices, attachments or desires. These come in the way of our seeing things properly. It is a condition of an open mind, not open to something, but just OPEN; That is expected in Ishwara PraNidhana.


If we can see things without desire and dis-interestedly then we can see the reality ! Yoga indicates becoming an un-involved spectator to life to see life in perspective, as it exists. Yoga does not profess any God [religion] but represents only pure consciousness.
