I did 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course At NAYI. It was a wonderful experience. All the teachers are experts and excellent . Practicles and Theory Sessions were equally interesting. Even some difficult theory lessons were explained so wonderfully. Sandhya Mam And Nitin Sir are very very supportive,encouraging. They are the real Gurus. Looking forward to learn more in NAYI.
